At BTS MERCHANDISE OFFICIAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all official BTS tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
